A Message From Pennsylvania Conference of Seventh-day Adventists

Your Pennsylvania Conference background check will consist of 3 required parts. You must complete all three in order to be cleared for volunteering in Pennsylvania.

1. Sterling Volunteers Criminal Background Check and Pennslvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) - Start here now.
If you do not currently live in PA, please use the address below as your current address:
2359 Mountain Road | Hamburg, PA 19526

2. Pennsylvania Abuse Registry - Complete immediately upon submission USING THE SPECIAL CODE and instructions provided to you on the final order step and sent via email.  The code will expire in 6 business days

3. Fingerprints or Affidavit of Residency - Those who have lived in PA for less than 10 years must submit fingerprints. Watch for an email with instructions!

If you have lived in Pennsylvania for 10 years or more, you must sign and return the Affidavit of Residency  to hlozensky@paconference.org. Your application is not considered complete until this is received.
